At Delpiano, each piece is crafted on demand according to the specifications selected when placing the order. Please review all dimensions, colours, materials and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Made-to-order products
Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect dimensions or options selected by the customer.
- Minor variations in colour, texture, grain or finish inherent to the materials used.
- Products that do not fit through lifts, doors, corridors or other access points when measurements were not confirmed before ordering.
This does not affect your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, contact us immediately at hello@delpiano.store.
Cancellation or modification may only be possible if production has not yet started. Once materials have been ordered, cut or production has begun, the order cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please inspect your product at the time of delivery and installation.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at hello@delpiano.store, including:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or videos.
- Photographs of any damaged packaging, where applicable.
Where the issue is attributable to Delpiano, we will assess the product and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable UAE law. Delpiano will cover the reasonable collection or transportation costs when the return or replacement results from an error or defect attributable to us.
Damage caused after delivery by misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Original delivery, installation and other service charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from a defective, damaged or incorrect product attributable to Delpiano.
