شروط الخدمة

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of delpiano.store, including any purchase made through the website.

The website and Delpiano brand are operated by AS Standard FZE, registered in the Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under Licence No. 4424152.01.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Return Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when purchasing from us. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact, billing and delivery details are correct.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colours, materials, dimensions and finishes accurately. However:

  • Colours may appear differently depending on lighting, screens and device settings.
  • Natural and manufactured materials may have minor variations in colour, grain, texture or finish.
  • Product dimensions may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
  • Styling items and accessories shown in product photographs are not included unless expressly stated.

These normal variations are not considered defects.

We may modify or discontinue products, materials, colours or specifications when reasonably necessary. Any material change affecting an existing order will be communicated to the customer.

3. Made-to-order production

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Delpiano products are manufactured on demand according to the specifications selected by the customer.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming all product details before ordering, including:

  • Product and configuration.
  • Dimensions.
  • Colour, fabric and finish.
  • Storage or non-storage options.
  • Delivery address and access requirements.

Once materials have been ordered, cut or production has started, an order cannot normally be cancelled or modified. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin production, whichever occurs first. We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance if:

  • The product or selected material is unavailable.
  • The price or product information contains a clear error.
  • We cannot deliver to the requested location.
  • The payment cannot be authorised.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or an unlawful transaction.

If we cancel an order after payment and before production because we cannot fulfil it, we will refund the amount paid for the affected product.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include or exclude VAT as indicated on the website or invoice.

Delivery, installation and other charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

You agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to their own terms.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Promotional codes:

  • Must be used before completing checkout.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot normally be combined unless expressly permitted.
  • May be restricted, suspended or withdrawn in cases of misuse.

6. Delivery estimates

Production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe. Delays may occur due to material availability, manufacturing circumstances, building restrictions, transport issues, weather, governmental measures or other events beyond our reasonable control.

We will inform you of significant delays and provide the remedies required under applicable UAE law.

7. Delivery access

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The delivery address and contact information are correct.
  • Someone authorised is available to accept delivery.
  • The building permits furniture deliveries and installations at the arranged time.
  • Any necessary permits, access approvals or lift bookings have been obtained.
  • The product fits through all entrances, doors, lifts, staircases, corridors and other access points.
  • The delivery and installation area is safe, accessible and reasonably clear.

You should measure all access points before ordering.

Delpiano is not responsible if a product cannot be delivered or installed because of insufficient access, incorrect measurements, building restrictions or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery, redelivery, storage, hoisting, dismantling or access-related costs may be charged to the customer where these become necessary for reasons outside Delpiano’s control. Any additional work will be discussed before it is performed.

8. Delivery and installation

Where installation is included, our team will assemble or install the product in the agreed room, provided the location is safe and reasonably accessible.

Unless expressly included in the order, installation does not cover:

  • Electrical or plumbing work.
  • Structural modifications.
  • Wall reinforcement.
  • Specialist lifting or hoisting.
  • Moving unrelated furniture.
  • Repairing pre-existing damage.
  • Work requiring third-party or building approval.

The customer or authorised representative should inspect the product upon completion and notify the delivery team of any visible damage, missing parts or apparent defects.

Signing a delivery document confirms receipt but does not remove any mandatory rights relating to hidden defects or other protections under UAE law.

9. Failed delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Nobody is available to receive the order.
  • Access was not arranged.
  • Building approval or lift booking is missing.
  • The address or contact details are incorrect.
  • The site is unsafe or unsuitable for installation,

we may reschedule delivery and charge reasonable redelivery or storage costs.

10. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Because our products are made on demand, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or customer selection errors once production has started.

Products that are damaged, defective or materially different from the confirmed order will be assessed and repaired, replaced or refunded as appropriate and as required by applicable UAE law.

Our complete conditions are set out in the Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Warranty

Any warranty applicable to a product will be described on the relevant product page, order confirmation or separate warranty documentation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Changes in appearance caused by ordinary use or ageing.
  • Minor material or colour variations.
  • Accidental damage.
  • Misuse, neglect or improper cleaning.
  • Damage caused by moisture, heat, sunlight or unsuitable environmental conditions.
  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications or relocation.
  • Damage caused by third-party delivery or installation.
  • Commercial use where the product was sold for residential use.

A warranty claim may require the order number, photographs, videos and reasonable access to inspect the product.

12. Website use

You may use our website only for lawful personal or business purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology.
  • Scrape, copy or extract website content through automated means without permission.
  • Interfere with the website’s security or operation.
  • Submit false information or impersonate another person.
  • Use our content, designs or trademarks without authorisation.

We may restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

13. Intellectual property

All content made available by Delpiano—including product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, branding, logos and website content—is owned by or licensed to AS Standard FZE and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, manufacture, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights in its design or related content.

14. Third-party services and links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social-media platforms and other external websites.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, content or services that we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

15. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • You have the right to provide it.
  • It is accurate and does not violate another person’s rights.
  • It is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or offensive.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for our website, social media and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may remove submitted content that violates these Terms.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delpiano and AS Standard FZE will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory liability arising under applicable UAE consumer-protection legislation.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate AS Standard FZE for reasonable losses or costs resulting directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms.

18. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection legislation.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. The Terms applicable to an accepted order will generally be those in effect when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any order placed with Delpiano are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by contacting hello@delpiano.store.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction or dispute-resolution rights under applicable law.
